    2. If you have a profession such as mining, herbalism etc. you will ask the rest of the party if someone should have the same profession and needs it, if so you will roll for it.

    3. Treat people as you would be like to be treated.

  5. GUILD RAID RULES

    1. To Sign Up

To take part in a raid you need to follow the guide below.

    1. You must have Group Calendar AND the correct version of it (listed in the raid add-ons forum), without it you cant sign up for a raid!

    2. If you do not have the right add-ons that the guild raids require. DON'T SIGN UP

    3. If you do not have Team speak DON'T SIGN UP (if you have no mic but can still follow instructions, that’s ok)

    4. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR A RAID IF YOU EVEN THINK YOU CANT COME!

    5. If you sign up for a raid and don't show up, Read the points below!

    6. When signing up on Group Calendar you can select what spec you are in the drop down box, please remember to put your spec in it!

    7. Invites for the Raid will start 15 mins before the start time, YOU MUST BE THERE, If you are not there 15 mins before you will be replaced, the only time this will not happen is if you have notified the Leader in advance that you will be there before the raid but late for the invites. If you come online too late for the invites but in time for the raid and have been replaced, Tough Shit, you should have been there.

    8. Check the Time of your raid when you can, this may be subject to change

    9. If you cant/wont/cant be bothered, to follow the above rules then don’t sign up!

Note: IF we do not get the right group composition (the right classes) for the run scheduled it will be cancelled on the spot!

    2. During The Raid

    1. If you cant follow instruction in the raid repeatedly, read the points below!

    2. Team speak: No one but RL and RA are allowed to speak when fighting, unless someone notices something and wishes to warn the rest of the raid.

    3. Chat: It is not tolerated that players are chatting during fights, All players’ full attention is required.

    4. There will be breaks at certain times, that will be the only time it is accepted for players to go AFK. And there will be a time limit for the break.

    5. This is supposed to be fun but also rewarding, so remember to be nice!

    6. No player other than leaders/looter/tank need to be at the front of the raid group! Never go past the Main tank when moving or waiting in a raid.

    7. If you are AFK for a total of ten minutes (including DC’s) then you will be removed and replaced. This is primarily at the discretion of the Raid Leader.

    8. If you are accepted to a raid and are asked to bring another of your characters then you may choose which character the points are awarded to. This is the only time where points can be transferred.

    9. All members of the Guild must choose their Raid Spec. This is the spec you will raid with. If you permanently change spec without being requested by the Guild you will loose all your Loot points and will have to build them up again. This is for Raid only if you respec frequently during the day to grind and such you are not affected by this so long as you attend the Raid in your Primary Spec.

    10. From now on your Raid Spec will be listed in your Officer Notes along with your loot points.

  6. POINT ALLOCATION

Rank 1. 0-10 pts, Unlootable, this player has no access to roll for any loot. Even if the Item is going to be DE'ed this applies, its just to stop people sucking up gear.

Rank2. 11-20 pts, General, this player is able to roll on any "epic" loot that drops while in a raid (this includes off spec items).

Rank3. 21+ pts, All Access , this player has shown that they are willing to put the work in at endgame level and is able to roll on TIERED items. ( no player may earn more than 21 pts)

The points awarded for attending the raid are issued at the end of the raid.

    Kara = 1 pt

    ZA = 2 pts

    25 MAN RAID = 3 pts

Points are awarded by character, they are not transferable between char's, a bonus 1 pt may be awarded at the raid leaders discretion if a player has down something outstanding to help benefit the raid (solo kiting a mob that was pounding a healer, or bringing back up pots for someone who is short etc) only 2 bonus's may be awarded per run and only 1 per player. Bonus points may not be awarded in Kara, since a large percentage of people run this raid repeatedly after awhile the bonuses would end up making the points too biased to certain players.

Exceptions :1) Sometimes recipes drop in raids that players that are higher ranked may already have , due to the incredibly low drop rate of these items, if all other players in a raid have the recipe already RANK 1 persons may roll for them( Bosses have fixed loot tables ,BOP recipes sometimes only have a 0.03% drop rate it would be insane to waste them no matter who they go to).

Exceptions : 2) Kara is on farm to the point where its not getting the bosses down its getting them down faster than before is the challenge, and since new players will almost certainly need gear they may roll for PRIMARY SET gear only even if they are RANK 1 , but off spec gear will be DE'ed.

Exceptions : 3) Occasionally a player will respec to aid a guild run ( ie allow to go) . If an item drops that is for there main set of gear but not the set they are currently wearing only RANK 2 AND 3 may roll, and it will be an off spec roll. This should be implemented to stop players "Spec Hopping" every 2 weeks , if they want the loot for a specific class type then they should play it that way.

  7. DEDUCTIONS

-2 PTS= If a player is late (unless they mentioned well in advance they will be so)

-1 pt = if they make a raid wait after a bio break has been called, i.e. they take 15 mins instead of the 5-6 that was allotted for the party.

-3 pts = failure to show for a raid (obviously if a players grandma has died etc that’s understandable)

    -5 pts = abusive behaviour

-5 pts = If you Raid outside the Guild without permission

-ALL pts = If you Respec without being Requested.

-1 pts = failure to follow instructions which cause a wipe, (obviously if its a players first time on shade and a accidentally tags flame wreath explain why first then bollock them if they do it again ^^, etc for other awkward boss fights)

Remember a player can be hit with all deductions ie, being late then ignoring RL instructions then being a jerk = -(2+1+5)= -8.

  8. GUILD BANK

The Guild Bank has had some upgrades, and as such requires some rules.

    1. All members can Deposit into the GB

    2. Members above the No Hoper Rank can withdraw Items from the first 2 Tabs with a limit of 5 per day, DO NOT abuse this!

    3. Items that you wish to withdraw/buy from the other tabs still require an Officer or above to get them for you.

  9. These rules have been formed from all the leaders of the guild. We are a social raiding guild guys but to progress to anywhere that we want to go, these rules have to exist, if you don’t agree then I'm sorry, its tough!
